For years, yanz.dev was my 2021 portfolio — projects from a past life as a dev. Good memories, wrong story. I'm not that portfolio anymore: I'm one person building seven real products in public, with AI, on nights and weekends.
So I rebuilt the site to match. Here's what's on it:
- Building now — the seven products, with honest statuses (live, in production, building). No inflated claims; the chips only say what's true.
- Blog — this page's siblings. Every article's canonical home is here on my own domain; copies on dev.to, Hashnode and Medium point back.
- Videos — everything from my three YouTube channels (Yanz in English, Yanz Dev and Yanz IA in Portuguese), in one place.
- Feed — my X/Threads posts, mirrored here, in my own design system.
The old site didn't die: it lives at /legacy, banner and all. It's part of the story.
The fun part: this site is populated by the same system that writes and distributes my content — one JSON file, Markdown posts, and an agent that renders and pushes. The site is itself a build-in-public artifact.
Follow along — the whole process, wins and bugs, is the content.
