Brazilian engineer. Full-stack developer. I like to ship things and use AI to work better.
I didn't take the easy path into software engineering — and that's my edge.
I grew up in a small city in Minas Gerais, Brazil. I left home at 16 to study, moved to Ouro Preto for a Control & Automation Engineering degree, and tried to launch a home automation startup. It failed. But I learned more from that failure than from any class.
After that came years of building things and shipping them to real users:
Each project taught me the same lesson in a different way: good engineering only matters if it ships, and if real people use it.
The pandemic was my turning point. I went all-in on software engineering as a full-time career — and I haven't looked back.
Right now I'm a Full Stack Software Engineer at Partner Fleet, a U.S. startup that helps companies launch professional partner marketplaces. I work deep in Ruby on Rails, multi-tenant architecture, scaling a SaaS product that real businesses rely on every day. Before Partner Fleet, I spent 7 months at EdifyOnline as a Full Stack Engineer with Rails and Vue.js.
Curiosity has always been my engine. Back in my Control and Automation Engineering days, I used to open things up, take them apart, study how the technology worked, and put everything back together — and seeing it still work was the best reward.
I bring that same mindset to AI today. I love to learn, try, test, and improve workflows using AI tools, prompts, and agents — taking them apart, seeing how they really work, and finding new ways to ship better code faster.
From a robotics lab to a multi-tenant SaaS. Most recent first.
